My participation in the Open House is voluntary.
I understand that gym facilities, equipment, demonstrations, fitness activities and other areas of the facility may involve physical activity and associated risks.
I agree to follow all safety instructions, facility rules and directions provided by the gym's staff during my visit.
I will not use any gym equipment or participate in any physical activity in an unsafe manner or without appropriate guidance where required.
